Grief Support For Those Who Like to Listen: What's Your Grief Podcast

What's Your Grief Podcast / What's Your Grief Podcast : Eleanor Haley

Those who follow us on Facebook or who pay extra close attention to our sidebar (over to the right, silly!) may already know about the What's Your Grief Podcast—otherwise known as 'gabbing about grief,' 'chatting about coping,' and 'gossiping with the grief gals.'

On WYG's second birthday, we told you that—among other things—our mission for the next two years is to ensure there's support for all types of grievers. We know the ways in which grievers learn and the things they find helpful differ across the board and, with a world of technology available, it no longer makes sense to limit grief support to talk therapy and the written word.

The What’s Your Grief Podcast is our first effort in providing grievers with more diverse options for grief support. The podcast can be found through our page and through Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, and Spotify. Of course you can listen to all our existing episodes below, but—if you're interested in keeping up with the What's Your Grief Podcastwe strongly encourage you subscribe on one of these platforms. We would be infinitely grateful to anyone who writes us a review or rates the podcast while there, because this will help us connect with grievers who are already looking for support through the podcast platform.

If you have questions about the podcast or any of its content, please feel free to comment below or on the episode's individual show notes page. You can also send us an email at whatsyourgrief@gmail.com.

Thanks for your informative site and podcast. I lost my son in August and shortly thereafter wrote a book. Would love your thoughts on it and happy to send you a complimentary copy. Thank you!

Hi Eleanor and Lisa, I’ve been exploring your site. I lost my 26-year old son in September of last year to a drug overdose. As a speaker and trainer, I am exploring opportunities of how I can help others who are grieving and I applaud your efforts. If ever you’re looking for guests, I’d be happy to join if you think I can add value to your show. Thanks for all you do.
